Note: Orders on international shipment may be delayed due to customs controls.

  1. All estimates are based on business days.
  2. The 'Delivers In' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.
  3. If your item is backordered or pre-ordered, we will estimate your item’s shipping date before you place your order. If you chose to pay by credit card, we will be charging you upfront.
  4. If you have ordered multiple items that are ready to ship on different dates, you may receive separate shipments.
  5. Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to ship.
  6. Unexpected service delays (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events) may add at least 2 to 3 business days to your estimated delivery date.
  7. Choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping when the item is unavailable locally or at the same location. In this case, the One-Day Delivery option may not appear.
  8. Domestic shipment only applies to selected items in United States only.

We only ship to states within the US and do not ship any products outside the US.

 

Free Shipping Eligibility

By default, free shipping will be offered on cart value above US$38 for orders fulfilled and shipped by LionK.Store (excluding bulk orders, gift redemptions, and oversized items). This minimum spend is lowered during promotional periods for greater eligibility. Offer only applies to shipping fees and does not include customs and handling fees where applicable. Offer is subject to change without notice.

 

Undelivered Packages

    • When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund inclusive of shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If making a purchase for someone else as a gift, it is recommended to notify them about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which might lead to a refusal of the package.

Track Your Order

  • Log in with your Lion K ID and password to get a summary of past orders. You'll see your order number, the date, and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
  • To track your order:
    1. Go to your Order History to select your order.
    2. Go to “Delivery Method” to view your shipment delivery information.
    3. If your order has shipped, you will see Track Shipment and this links to your shipment delivery details including the estimated order delivery date.

Order Modifications and Address Changes

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

Cancellation is not accepted once the package has been shipped. Otherwise, the customer must bear the corresponding cost of any return.

Please note that your address information must be specific to the street number, building number, and room number.

If the package is lost or cannot be recovered due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss shall be borne by the customer. Lion K will not exchange orders or refund money.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, and your payment processing is complete.
      1. To request a cancellation:
        • 1.1. If your order has been submitted less than 2 hours ago, Login to Account and click the Cancel My Order button.
        • 1.2. If you are no longer able to see the Cancel My Order button, you will have to Contact information – Lion K Store for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

 DELIVERY, RISK AND LIABILITY
Any delivery time lines stated on the LionKStore Online or in any other acknowledgements are for indicative purposes only. We will endeavor to keep within such time lines but we shall not be liable to you in respect of any delay.

Subject to our Acceptance, we will deliver the Products to the address submitted by you during Order submission. We do not allow any change of address once an Order has been submitted. We also reserve the right to cancel your Order if:

(i) the address submitted by you:
   a. is of a freight forwarder, forwarding agent, P.O. box, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO); or
   b. contains detail(s) which are either incomplete and/or invalid.
(ii) you place an unusually large Order; or
(iii) there is a high volume (beyond the usual amounts) of Products sent to the shipping address specified by you.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you on the earlier of: (i) delivery; or (ii) when placed in your possession or that of any carrier provided by you.

You are not entitled to, in whole or in part, reject any Products or fail to take delivery of any Products unless: (i) it is expressly provided for in these Terms of Sale, any applicable Returns Policy or any applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited; (ii) the Products are damaged or lost in transit (where the Products are carried by our own carrier) and provided you notify us within the time lines stipulated in our Returns Policy (if damaged) or within fourteen (14) working days of the estimated date of delivery (if lost); or (iii) there are defects in the Products that are not caused by your actions, omissions, neglect or default and provided you notify us within the time lines stipulated in our Returns Policy.

Save as set out above, if you reject or fail to take delivery of such Products, any risk of loss or damage to the Products shall nonetheless pass to you. Further, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us, we reserve the right to: (i) effect delivery by any means we consider appropriate (at your cost); and/or (ii) charge you for any costs incurred as a result of your rejection or failure to take delivery, including without limitation any storage cost.

In the event of: (i) any short delivery; (ii) failure to deliver; or (iii) any defect or damage to a Product, we may, in our sole discretion: (a) deliver the Products pursuant to any short delivery or failure to deliver; (b) replace or repair the Products in accordance with our Limited Warranty and/or Returns Policy; and/or (c) refund the price paid for any damaged or defective Product.

Without prejudice to our Limited Warranty and/or Returns Policy, we shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from: (i) any use that is inconsistent with our specifications or instructions; (ii) use of the Products with other defective or unsuitable equipment or software; or (iii) your negligence.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lion K will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
